"So tell me how you got engaged" - Well, Dom took me up to the lookout at Mount Barker, one of our favourite places. He suggested I go out and sit on the rock edge while he took a photo of me looking out at the view, when I turned around there he was, ring in hand. I snatched it out of his hand before he could even say a word. "Do I get to even ask you!?" he replied.
Steph and Dom took me back to that place which will now hold a very special place in both their hearts. These guy's are fearless, asking me if they were allowed to go out on the very edge of the rocks to get their photo, "haha! you can do whatever you want but I'm definitely not 'telling' you to do that" I was far more nervous than they were and i was shooting from relative safety as they canoodled in the sunset light.
Joined only by a handful of abseilers we had the cliff's of Mount Barker Summit basically to ourselves. We went for a little trail walk and stumbled by some broken trees, some jagged rocks and cliff faces and one spectacular view over the rolling hills.
